Alise Borne is a professional ballroom dancer and choreographer from Tacoma, Washington. After receiving a scholarship with the prestigious Utah Valley University Ballroom Dance company, Alise danced at a collegiate level, where her team won the World Formation Championships in Blackpool, England in 2015. Alise is a four-time professionally certified instructor, professional American Smooth finalist and has competed in International Latin Ballroom and American Smooth across the United States and World. Alise holds a MS in Kinesiology from the University of Utah and currently studies at the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, where she is studying to become a Pediatric Nurse Practicioner. Alise joined the Milele family in March 2022 and is overjoyed to bring ballroom technique to the incredible dancers at MA!
